AFOL Metropolitana (Milan, Italy)

• Member of the Board of Directors of Afol Metropolitana (Agenzia Formazione Orientamento e Lavoro), in charge of active labour market policies, job orientation and vocational training in the Metropolitan City of Milan.

• Particularly focused on youth employment, school-to-work transitions and quality jobs. 

Senato della Repubblica (Rome, Italy)

2025-ongoing

• Consultant for the Italian Senate, in the special committee for the banking, finance and insurance system. 

• Working with Senators to select inquiry topics, conduct research and draft committee reports. 

Campari Group (Netherlands-Italy)

2024-2026

• Consultant for the President of Campari Group, Luca Garavoglia.

• Produced research on relevant macroeconomic indicators, financial markets and measures of winner bias in stock indices. 

Ministry for Labour and Social Policy (Rome, Italy)

2021-2022

• Advised the Minister on topics of labour market entry for young people and inequality, researching and analyzing labour market data, drafting reports and legislative proposals;

• Represented the Ministry of Labour in the following inter-ministerial bodies of Government:

  • • COVIGE (Committee for the evaluation of public policies’ generational impact)

    • "5-Institution Agreement", for the sharing of databases and analysis of labour market statistics

    • Youth Entrepreneurship working group, at the Ministry for Economic Development

    • NEET working group, at the Presidency’s Department for Youth Policies

    • Committee for the National Plan against Addictions, at the Presidency’s prevention dept. 

    • Working group for the circular economy, at the Presidency’s green transition Department

• Represented Italy in the following international institutions:

  • • Employment Committee (EMCO) at the Council of the EU (EPSCO)

    • Minimum Income Network (MINET) at the Council of the EU (EPSCO)

    • Youth Guarantee coordinators groups, at the European Commission

    • G20 Employment Working Group, leading up to the G20 Italy in 2021 and G20 Indonesia in 2022

• Writer for the Harvard Political Review, member of the Special Events committee.

• Notably I was part of the organization for the 2014 New Members of Congress conference for newly elected US representatives.

European Parliament (Brussels, Belgium)

• Intern in the office of MEP Ramon Tremosa i Balcells, in ECON (Economic and Monetary Affairs) and INTA (International Trade) committees.

• Tasks included participating in committee meetings, preparing plenary sessions, and drafting parliamentary questions to the EU Commission.

Summer 2014

• I mainly worked alongside the chief of office (Mr. Biagio Di Terlizzi) in the International Cooperation sector of the diplomatic organization.

• Focused in particular on development and integration projects, aided the drafting of research statements for new diplomatic cooperation.

• Participant and staff member of over 20 conferences worldwide, both handling logistics and producing content as Committee Director.

• Notably, as Director-General of HNMUN-LA 2017 I was in charge of the $200'000 budget and of the conference organization in another country (Peru).
