I am the head of the Labor and Social Policy unit at the Institute for European Policymaking of Bocconi University (IEP@BU), where I also teach micro and macroeconomics in the Economics department.
I completed my PhD in Economics in January 2023 at Bocconi University with a major in Macroeconomics and a minor in Econometrics. My doctoral thesis was on labor market entry, with advisor Joseph-Simon Görlach and co-advisors Tito Boeri and Carlo Devillanova.
For my undergraduate studies, I attended Harvard University (Cambridge MA, USA) where I received my B.A. in 2017 in Social Studies, with focus field on Economics and Political Science, and a secondary degree in Astrophysics.
My current research focuses on labor-market inequality, social inclusion, as well as labor transitions and skills.
I am currently also a consultant for the Italian Senate and I am in the Board of Directors for Afol Metropolitana (the agency for active labor market policies of the Milan province).
